More on the wine

Coming from the Elqui Valley in Northern Chile, this is a different style of Sauvignon Blanc than your usual coastal Sauvignon Blanc from Chile. The grapes are harvested in Elqui and travel down to their winery in Curico in large refrigerated trucks!

More on the producer

Torres was one of the most important foreign investors in Chile. Arriving in the 70s the Spanish producer brought with him all the latest technology and was the first to bring stainless steel tanks, which are now a staple in the country. Their level of innovation and research hasn’t waned and they remain on top of the game in the consumer end with affordable innovations like sparkling Pais and beaujolais-style Pais, as well as fresh summery Muscat; as well as more premium endeavours like their top Empedrado Pinot Noir.
